Lead generations by prospecting, Identifying and sourcing good quality of Consumer through presentations, constant follow ups, collection of necessary documentation and ensuring attendance of the prospective requirement.

Develop sales strategies that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Achieve business targets - Plan and implement achievement of sales targets month after month by setting individual targets and taking into consideration the customer potential and the total business target.

Active involvement in end to end "Software Solutions" sales & meeting revenue targets

Placing cold calls & follow up; Lead, motivate and develop the customer relation Sustain the team of Consumer through personal examples and by conducting motivational sessions, feedback pro-grammes, etc.

Generate Business revenue;Should be a self and quick learner, Attending calls and taking follow ups (Should be good with cold calling);Excellent planning and ex*****on abilities......

Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales targets. Should be comfortable in client interaction.

Prior experience in software development industry is an added advantage
