The team at 6D values our feedback and we can give our feedback or wishlist to the company when we feel needed. There is two-way communication between employee and employer in the company where voicing out our thoughts is being respected.

Furthermore, taking into consideration the times we live in, it is extremely helpful for employees that the company is providing WFH option to all employees as for us and for 6DegreesIT, health is a top priority.

My next favourite thing is the rewards (of course, we all love this).
