If not now, it will be too⏰ late. Considering my hiring experience, it is time to take a stand.
I believe that all employers should unite and say no to paying double or triple raises.

This will only help us survive; I've seen employees who deserve 4 LPA but are asking for 18 Lakhs. It's truly heinous to take advantage of someone else's time and lack of talent. Just put everything on hold, because this strome is coming to an end.🔜

>A few ideas:

1- Do not hire people who have multiple job offers.
2- Do not onboard people without first relieving and FNFing them.
3- Do not provide double or triple hikes.

I am confident that - This will benefit both employees and employers.

Employees are being unethical.
