Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Gather understanding on the ongoing requirements
2. Design and update job descriptions
3. Source potential candidates from various online sources
4. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
6. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
7. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
9. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
10. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. Are available for a full-time internship

2. Can start the internship between 5th Jan'22 and 15th Jan'22

3. Are available for a duration of 3-6 months

4. Have relevant skills and interests

5. It is paid internship
