A New Identity, A Renewed Purpose – Thanks to CIEL & Bajaj Finserv’s CSR Initiative

In 2002, I embarked on my journey in the insurance industry — beginning with SBI Life, where I proudly spent over a decade building deep roots in sales and customer trust. My professional path later led me through enriching roles at Star Union Dai-ichi Life and Aditya Birla Life Insurance, helping me grow both in reputation and results.

But the turning point came when I chose to transform from a performer to a mentor. With over 7 years now associated with Bajaj Finserv CSR Initiative through the CIEL, I discovered a new version of myself — one driven by impact, education, and legacy.

Today, I feel immense pride in having conducted insurance literacy sessions for nearly 10,000 students across Life, General, and Health Insurance domains.

A heartfelt thanks to Sumant Chinchwadkar Sir for believing in my potential and giving me this platform to contribute meaningfully.

Receiving the “First Trainer Honor Certificate” for 2024–25 has further energized me to continue this mission with even greater passion.

Grateful to all my wonderful students and fellow trainers who placed their trust in me and in the power of financial literacy.
