Our Chickpea Bowl is the perfect combination of a healthy and delicious salad. It's power packed ingredients make it an ideal salad for fitness freaks.

Chickpea: High protein option for Vegetarians that is also high in fibre.

Barley: We hulled barley that goes through less processing keeping the important nutrients in tacked. Barley has high potassium, folate, iron, vitamin B6 and it lacks in cholesterol which makes it perfect for cardiovascular functions.

Bell Pepper: They are an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium.

Beetroot: They are low in calories, yet high in valuable vitamins and minerals. In fact, they contain a bit of almost all the vitamins and minerals that you need.

Carrot: They're loaded with vitamin A and beta-carotene, which there's evidence to suggest can lower your diabetes risk. They can strengthen your bones. Carrots have calcium and vitamin K, both of which are important for bone health.

Cucumbers: We use unpeeled Cucumbers. They are rich in phytonutrients and vitamin K. They are also a very good source of pantothenic acid and Molybdenum. They also contain copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin B1.

Mushrooms: Mushrooms are rich in the B vitamins: riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid. The combination helps protect heart health.

Lettuce: Almost all lettuces contain a significant amount of vitamin A, along with small amounts of vitamin C and iron.

Avocado: Avocados can act as a “nutrient booster” by helping increase the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients such as vitamins A, D, K and E.

Cilantro: Cilantro contains vitamins A, C, and K, and the leaves also have foliate, potassium, and manganese.

Olive Oil: Olive oil is very high in monounsaturated fats and contains a modest amount of vitamins E and K. True extra virgin olive oil is loaded with antioxidants, some of which have powerful health benefits.
