🌿 Pre-International Yoga Day with Astrom Group 🧘‍♀️

Today, I had the privilege to lead a yoga and wellness session for the amazing team at Astrom, a company driving metro projects across India.

We practiced breathwork, gentle movements, and discussed lifestyle tips. I also addressed several health, diet, and wellness queries from the employees.
