Our team led by Surjoy Wangkheimayum went to explore "Mapao Zingsho khul" (Khul refers to as Village in Manipuri) which is located in Senapati District about 18-20 Km from the Captial City Imphal towards Pangei Road. It is inhabited by Tangkhul tribe with approx. 120 houses and about 1000 people. Mapao Zingsho Khul is the in Manipur. The village had hosted the in spectacular manner in September 2016.
The scenic view was breath-taking,the village is surrounded from all sides by lust green hills and clear blue sky with white clouds floating. An interesting legend shared by the locals that there is a cave in a hill near Mapao Khul, when rice husk or "Wai" is thrown down from this cave, the husk emerges at the Cave at Kangla.
