I’m facing a critical issue with my HDFC Bank account that is severely affecting my operations as a CSC Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE).

Recently, my account was restricted due to a mismatch in my transaction pattern. I want to clarify that while there are multiple credited amounts, these do not represent my income. I only earn a 1% profit from transactions, and my actual income does not align with the profile expectations.

Despite multiple visits to my home branch and submitting necessary documentation, including KYC and income tax returns, I’ve been informed that resolving this issue may take time due to NPCI involvement. This delay is disrupting my ability to provide essential services like money transfers and withdrawals to my community.

I kindly seek any advice or support to resolve this matter quickly.
