Kitchen Hack: Homemade Vegetable Broth from Scraps

️Turn your kitchen scraps into a flavorful broth with this simple m**h!

The Hack

1. Collect Scraps: Save clean vegetable peels, ends, and cores (like onion skins, carrot tops, celery leaves) in a freezer-safe bag.

2. Store: Keep the bag in the freezer until full.

3. Simmer: Place frozen scraps in a pot, cover with water, add herbs (e.g., bay leaves, thyme), and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

4. Strain & Use: Remove solids, and your homemade broth is ready!

Alternative: For added depth, sauté the scraps in a bit of olive oil before adding water.
