Contract duration would be minimum of 6 months to 1 year and will get extended too

Team composition
2 team lead with 8 resources with Filenet skills
All resources to have good exposure to Oracle SQL

Skillsets of the Resources
Production support experience of 4 to 5 yrs in a relevant field
Good command on Oracle SQL
Working knowledge on tools like JIRA, Service Now
Lead to have the experience of providing management reporting and inputs for Production support
Knowledge of the working of Middleware tools like WAS & MQ to analyze the issues and provide solutions
Working knowledge of Shell scripting
Exposure and knowledge to the Trade domain will be a plus
Good knowledge about the AIX, Linux and Windows infrastructure and its functioning to ensure response to the support teams in case of environment issues
Filenet based support knowledge and working experience with Filenet 4.5 and 4.0 versions
Good knowledge of the Filenet architecture and able to identify, scrutinize and provide solutions for the filenet infrastructure related issues
Should be ready to work in 3 shifts (24 x7 as well)
