Qualification: Graduation
Role: Oversee center operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
Experience: Leadership and management skills preferred.
Trainer (Domain Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer etc)
Age: 22-60
Qualification: ITI/ 12th/ Diploma/ Graduation
Role: Conduct training sessions, mentor students, and develop training materials.
Experience: Experience in teaching or coaching preferred.
Tele Caller
Age: 18-30
Qualification: ITI/ 12th/ Diploma/ Graduation
Role: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with student inquiries, and maintain call records.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in tele-calling preferred.
Counsellor
Age: 18-30
Qualification: ITI/ 12th/ Diploma/ Graduation
Role: Provide career counseling, guide students on course selection, and maintain records.
Experience: Proficiency in MS Office preferred.

*We are hiring HR Executives for our offices in Bangalore and Chikkaballapur. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada languages and have a minimum of one year of experience as an HR Recruiter.*
Job Description:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for interviews.
- Conduct interviews, both in-person and over the phone, to evaluate candidates' suitability for the job.
- Perform reference checks and employment verifications.
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing job offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Kannada languages.
- At least one year of experience as an HR Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
