The Atmashatakam (आत्मषट्कम्, ātmaṣatkam), known as Nirvanashatkam (निर्वाणषट्कम्, Nirvāṇaṣatkam), is a non-dualistic (advaita) composition consisting of 6 verses or ślokas, attributed to the Hindu exegete Adi Shankara summarizing the basic teachings of Advaita Vedanta, or the Hindu teachings of non-dualism. It was written around 788-820 CE;

It is said that, when Ādi Śaṅkara was a young boy of eight and wandering near River Narmada, seeking to find his guru, he encountered the seer Govinda Bhagavatpada who asked him, "Who are you?" The boy answered with these stanzas, and Swami Govindapada accepted Ādi Śaṅkara as his disciple. The verses are said to be valued to progress in contemplation practices that lead to Self-Realization.

On Wednesday, January14, 2026, when the Sun (सूर्य) transit in 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒏 (MakarRashi/मकर राशि) 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶 (मकर संक्रांति) happens in the month end of 𝑷𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒂 (पौष मास). Capricorn being the tenth house and earthy element sign of zodiac, which ruled by Saturn and primarily controls karma, karmic deeds, hard work, responsibility, moral, ethics and many more. We can see in some rituals talking about purification of places where we live and work, our houses, offices, shops etc before this Sankranti, along this purification of body by bathing into the rivers etc. Those are some ancient rituals which tell us to purify ourselves as well as our surround environment. It actually helps us for purifying our thoughts, behaviors, relationships, actions, duties, habits for betterment of ourselves and society. This is the time and period for purification of inner and outer world. This is a very auspicious festival to control or rule out our bad karmic deeds to ourselves.

𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊 is celebrated in many parts of the Indian subcontinent with some regional variations. It is known by different names and celebrated with different customs, rituals in different states of India and some places of South Asian countries. Such as 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂, 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊, 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒊, 𝑼𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒂, 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒖𝒍𝒂, 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑱𝒚𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒊, 𝑻𝒊𝒍 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕, 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒊 𝑷𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒍, 𝑷𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒉 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊 and many more.

Hope we enjoy to gain some positivity and complete our purification on this auspicious 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊 with the grace of 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗻 by bathing into rever 𝑮𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔 (गंगा नदी).

✨️ 𝗬𝗲𝘀! 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 2026. A very Happy New Year to all of you. As per Numerology this new year 2026 is year of Number 1. The year of Sun. The Sun rules three nakshatras (lunar mansions) in Vedic astrology: Krittika, Uttara Phalguni, and Uttara Ashada, which embody the Sun's fiery nature, leadership, vitality, and transformative power, often associated with purification, authority, and duty. Each has distinct energies: Krittika (fire, cutting), Uttara Phalguni (partnership, nobility), and Uttara Ashada (universal gods, resourcefulness, high aims).

The planet Sun's masculine energy mostly governs this year 2026 in Mundane astrology. The Sun (Surya) in astrology symbolizes the soul, core identity, ego, vitality, father, leadership, courage, and authority, ruling the zodiac sign Leo and representing government, power, and new beginnings, with its gemstone being the ruby, and associated with the 5th house of creativity and children. It signifies the inner self, self-respect, and life force, impacting health (heart, eyes, bones) and career (authority, independence).

🔢 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 is needed an in-depth calculation of all numbers involved of an individual to decode or to get more informations about a person or an event. Mostly everything have a Name (namely identify) which belongs to the Number. Even when a person acts any kind of work, the type of work belongs to some number and if your number(s) are synchronize (compatible) with it then good to best vibes come. Otherwise it creates some difficulties to manifest. To determine these attributes about who you are as a soul, a numerology chart is formulated by calculate your date of birth and your name with others using sources all together.

🔠 𝐒𝐨, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 2026, which belongs to number 1 with Sun's masculine rulers' energy is compatible combination or friendly (favorable) relationship with number 1, 2, 5, and 9, inimical (unfavorable) relationship with 4 and 8, adverse (uncomfortable) relationship with 4, 7 and 8, comfortable (natural) relationship with 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9.

Therefore, one number can share or carry different nature or temperament with other number in different situations. We must understand the situation and relationship all together for judging the parameters.

All are advised or suggested to use this year on paper as 2026 whose energy is balanced and who ever has already controlled ego and you can write '26 those who have good vibration of number 8 and Saturn, who have faith and do in hard work.

Again have a guidance or suggestion for number 8 is very challenging if it doesn't have any other supporting numbers around.

Everyone is requested to control over anger and ego, do meditation and physical activities everyday.

🔎𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 2026, which belongs to 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 Sun. Sun is the lord of natural house Leo. Sun exalted in Aries whereas debilitated in Leo. So, these four signs- Aries, Leo and Libra are directly activated in this year very first, aggressively as because planet Sun is very hipper active, egoistic and self-interested planet in the zodiac. Please remember in the individual judgement this will calculate with Moon Signs (Rashi) and Ascendant (Langa) both the ways. From Moon those effects will be mostly Mental level and from Ascendant those effects will be mostly Physical level. The final result will be always the combined effects and others Astrological conditions.

🧭 𝐀𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐮 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 Sun 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 mainly EAST side, zone or area which is Air or Wood element in Elemental Energy and Vayu Tatva of the the Vastu Shastra. Green and shades of Blue are ok colors. This zone is connected to the flow of vital energies, known as Prana, within the body, which is a function of the Vata dosha. Vata is composed of the elements of air and space (ether) and governs all movement, circulation, and the nervous system.

Placement of any kinds of Fire elements like, Red bulbs, Colors of red shades like pink, orange are absorbing the vital energies and All green shades and brown are permissible for increasing energy. Remember some most dangerous colors in this area is Yellow and White. Home Garden is the best here. Structures like Toilet and Septic tank avoidable. Any kind of Water storage like water reserver or under ground usage for storing water are not permissible here. Please note that, always keep your home Vastu with your Horoscope synchronized.

📋 𝕽𝖊𝖒𝖊𝖒𝖇𝖊𝖗, seeing placements of Sun in your Horoscope, current transit of Sun as per you natal chart and according to the vibration of Number 1 in your name Numerology we can decide and balance your Vastu. Always remember try to keep your Home clean, clutter free, toxins free, well air circulatory and well smelled.

⚠️ Top 10 DOes and DON'Ts based on advice or guidance or suggestion in general (not individual zodiac wise) are like-
