• Must have 7+ years of software development and support experience of Clear Pay applications
• Familiar with Agile framework.
• Experience of working in Application production support in SLA driven environment and willing to support during onsite-offshore hours
• Familiar with ITIL framework
• Should have experience of leading global teams in onsite - offshore model
• Should be able to quickly debug issues and articulate the root cause
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent articulation skills
• Should be able to guide the onsite - offshore teams and liaise between UST and customer teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
