Designation : Lab Helper (Civil Construction)
Location : Padru, Barmer (Raj.)
Employment Type : Full Time – (Resident)
Salary : 8500 per Month

1- Coordinate with the compliance partner & legal team to ensure adherence to all statutory legal requirements at state & country level
2- Good understanding of statutory employment & labour laws at state & local level
3- Worked with a compliance partner to drive necessary HR compliance
4- Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
5- Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT
6- Partner with all functions of HR to ensure data & process integrity
7- Prepare reports regarding compliance operations and progress
8- Payroll management as well ensuring Compliance of all HR related laws.
9- Handling compliance BSCI , ETI C- TPAT, ISO 9000 Technical Audits
10- Ensuring compliance with Companies/ Buyers Code of Conduct and other required international labor, social, health and safety, environmental regulations and/ or standards
