With Heavy Heart, today we bid final adieu to Lt. Dimon Bathari on his funeral ceremony and attend the last ritual of a life so deeply cherished. This funeral ceremony is filled with sorrow, yet also with profound respect and gratitude for the love, strength, and kindness he shared with all of us. As we perform his final rites, we honor not only his life but the values he lived by and the memories he gifted us.

Though grief surrounds us, his presence will forever remain in our hearts and in the lives he touched. May his soul find eternal peace, and may we carry forward his legacy with dignity, love, and deep respect.

We are truly Honoured to be a part of the Jury Member at the "Viksh*t Bharat Youth Parliament" programme at Seminar Hall , Haflong Govt. College , Haflong on 12th March, 2026.

Today, the Dimasa Students’ Union Central Committee, along with Advisor, had the opportunity to meet Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Home Affairs, Government of India. During this meaningful interaction, submitted a memorandum highlighting the grievances, concerns, and aspirations of the people of Dima Hasao district Assam.

The memorandum reflected the collective voice of the District, emphasizing the urgent need for balanced peace and Development, improved educational opportunities, and greater attention to the welfare and upliftment of local communities. The meeting marked an important step toward constructive dialogue, mutual understanding, and hopeful progress for the people of Dima Hasao.
