Take your conditioning to the next level with this 30 minute kickboxing exercise. Start a timer. Perform the prescribed reps of the first exercise. If is takes you let’s say 20 seconds, then you will have 40 seconds to rest before the next minute starts. Ones the next minute hits, do the prescribed reps of the next exercise. Rest the reminder of that minute. Cycle through these 3 exercises in this format for 30 minutes!đŸ’¯
