Responsibilities:

Attending phone calls, greeting visitor, keepeing records of employees/students/visitors/vendors and other support staff. School Visit, door to door visit and participate in all other marketing activities.
Assets records, Maintaining hygine at work place with the help of housekeeping staff, stationary items availability at center.
Daily reporting with attendance, future requirements/purchase or maintenance.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without
guidance.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history.
