Some sessions stay with you… this was one of them.
Yesterday at Lloyd Group of Institutions, I wasn’t just speaking — I was sharing a part of my life.
From managing waste… to creating bio enzymes… to building something meaningful with Color Code Foundation — the journey hasn’t been perfect, but it has been real.
And that’s exactly what I told the students:
You don’t need everything figured out.
You just need to start.
The energy in that room, the curiosity in their eyes… it gave me hope.
That this generation can truly think differently and create impact
If even a few of them take one small step after this, it matters.
Grateful for this opportunity

Honoured to be part of Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) Bio Enzyme Council as a National Vice President— a platform where leadership meets purpose.
This Women’s Day, we celebrate not just the achievements of women, but the responsibility we carry as decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
At WICCI, women are shaping policy, driving sustainability, building enterprises, and strengthening communities. It is inspiring to witness how collective vision transforms into measurable impact.
Proud to stand alongside such dynamic leaders who are committed to inclusive growth and nation-building.
Empowered Women. Stronger India.

Grateful to be invited as Guest Speaker at UNNATI’25, Deshbandhu College, University of Delhi!
Honoured to share the stage with dignitaries like Swati Maliwal (Member of Rajya Sabha) and Ravi Kapoor ( IRS)

I spoke about how bio enzymes are not just a sustainable solution, but also a powerful business opportunity—especially for women and youth.
From waste to wealth, these magical natural cleaners are paving the way for a greener and cleaner India.

Let’s take “Har Ghar Bio Enzyme” to the next level—Har Sheher, Har Business Bio Enzyme!

Thank you Versha mam .dbc and the amazing student coordinators for such a well-organized and eco-conscious event.
