𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Last week, we welcomed a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 for their internship at 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝟔𝟕, 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦.

The journey began with an 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 to know each other better, followed by a 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐥𝐮𝐦 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐡, 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐨𝐧. This experience gave our interns a firsthand understanding of how marginal workers live and the challenges they face daily.

Through 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, the students are helping us identify pressing needs so we can design meaningful activities at Karyashala Foundation.

This internship is more than just learning—it’s about 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲, 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. We are proud to see these young women stepping into leadership roles and carrying forward the mission of social change.

Last week, on the birth anniversary of Late Mrs. Sadhana Rai, Karyashala Foundation hosted a 𝐭𝐰𝐨‑𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐒𝐑 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝟔𝟕, 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫.

✨ Over these two days, the focus was on 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 led by Espire employees, sparking curiosity and joy.
