We are thrilled to announce a significant development in our journey! Partners Fund I LLP (Arpwood Partners) has committed to invest INR 680 crore to acquire a majority stake in SEWA Grih Rin (Sitara), marking a milestone in our mission to make affordable housing accessible.

Founded in 2015, Sitara has successfully grown its Assets Under Management (AUM) to approximately INR 1,200 crore, serving over 25,000 customers. This investment from Arpwood Partners, alongside continued support from our existing investors—Abler Nordic, Oikocredit, RNT Associates, HDFC Bank, HDFC Life Insurance, Women’s World Banking Asset Management, and Omidyar Network—amounts to a total equity capital raise of INR 705 crore. These funds will be pivotal in scaling our operations and extending our services to more families in need of affordable housing solutions.
