For the Dough:
* 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
* 1/4 cup dahi (yogurt)
* 1/4 teaspoon dry eyset
* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 tablespoon oil
* Salt to taste
* milk as needed
For the Filling:
* 1 cup cheese (shredded, Amul,or a blend of your choice)
* 1 green chilli &, finely chopped coriander
* finely chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon truffle oil
For Cooking:
* Butter or ghee for brushing
