At Sambalpur CII Model Career Centre, the 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐮𝐫 counselled aspiring candidates under the 𝐏𝐌 𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐁𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐢 𝐘𝐨𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐚, guiding them towards promising careers in the insurance and financial services industry.

𝑺𝒉𝒓𝒊 𝑩𝒉𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒂_𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒉_𝑷𝒐𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒂, 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒓-𝒄𝒖𝒎-𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚, 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 & 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑶𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒂, visited and reviewed the CII Model Career Centre, Sambalpur, Odisha an initiative led by CII - Rahul Bajaj Centre of Excellence on Skills.

During the interaction, he encouraged candidates to explore opportunities beyond the state for greater industry exposure, career growth, and professional experience.

The visit was also attended by the 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 & 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓, 𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒑𝒖𝒓, 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒖𝒕𝒚 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕-𝒄𝒖𝒎-𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 , 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝑬𝑶 𝒐𝒇 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝑶𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒂, reaffirming the collective commitment towards strengthening youth employability and workforce development.

CII NBC MCC Jaipur successfully conducted an 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑵𝑨𝑷𝑺 & 𝑵𝑨𝑻𝑺 , 𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒉𝒐𝒑𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒓 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑹𝒂𝒋𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 connecting aspiring ITI candidates with valuable apprenticeship and internship opportunities in Jaipur’s manufacturing sector.

With enthusiastic participation from over 80 candidates, the drive witnessed strong interest and on-the-spot registrations from rural youth eager to build industry-ready careers in the manufacturing sector.
