If you haven't been to a Barbeque Nation restaurant - it offers buffets and you can do your own barbeque on the table itself.

Coming straight to the point, whether you should apply for the IPO or not?
The simple answer is - apply at your own risk.

The company has posted losses in the last three years. Various reasons which immediately comes to my mind are:
a. Its an expensive place to dine out
b. People usually do not visit repeatedly or very often, once in a year maybe
c. It used to attract corporate people in large gatherings but due to work from home this has not been the case
d. Generally, people with 35+ age have disposable incomes and by that time one does not tend to eat a lot and would prefer other dine out places

Correction or Trend Reversal??
The global cues have been negative entire this week and the markets across the world are falling.

DIIs (Domestic Institutional Investors) have been consistently selling this Oct'20 and it was FIIs (Foreign Institutional Investors) who were consistently buying more than what DIIs were selling hence market was going up.
Now even FIIs have reduced their buying and markets are correcting.

This is a healthy bull market correction and should be taken as a buying opportunity across sectors.
