Easiest Chocolate Cake Ever🤤
Detailed Recipe of One Bowl Chocolate Cake:
• Take 1 cup yogurt (use this cup for all measurements, about 200-240 ml).
• Add ½ cup powdered sugar (or castor sugar; adjust sweetness to taste).
• Pour in ½ cup neutral oil (like sunflower or vegetable oil).
• Mix well until smooth.
• Add dry ingredients:
• 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• Combine everything into a smooth batter (don’t overmix).
• Pour into a greased tin suitable for oven, air fryer, or pressure cooker.
• Bake at 180°C for 25-30 mins (check with a toothpick).
• Cool completely.
• Top with melted dark chocolate .
• Serve and enjoy the moist, chocolatey goodness!

No Sugar Ladoo 🤤
Zero Sugar Date & Nut Ladoo 🍫🌰
1. Soak 20 seedless dates in warm water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain the dates and transfer them into a mixer jar (do not add water).
3. Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1/4 cup walnuts.
4. Grind everything to make a smooth paste.
5. Transfer the paste into a bowl and mix in 2 tbsp desiccated coconut.
6. Shape the mixture into small ladoos.
7. Roll or coat the ladoos in:
• Desiccated coconut
• Finely chopped pistachios
• Finely chopped almonds
8. Makes 10–11 healthy ladoos—perfect for every party
