It was a privilege for Practic-Alt to be represented by our Co-Founder, Shunit Chandra Roy, at the Future-Ready Workforce 2030: When Policy Meets Practice event hosted by the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham India) at the Australian High Commission, New Delhi.
The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and HR experts to discuss the future of workforce development, skills, and strategic talent collaboration between India and Australia.
We were honoured to hear the insightful address and engaging Q&A by H.E. Philip Green OAM, Australian High Commissioner to India, which offered valuable perspectives on strengthening collaboration and preparing for the workforce of tomorrow.
The roundtable discussion on Skills, HR Readiness & Strategic Talent Collaboration featured thought-provoking perspectives from Ravneet Pawha, Preeti Dang, Samreen Ghauri, Ashish Singh, Smriti Sharma, and Sulal Mathai, highlighting the importance of practical, value-driven solutions to bridge the gap between education and industry.
