Happy International Yoga Day!🧘

We celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm aligning with the global theme of Yoga for One Earth, One Health.

The event began with a warm welcome by HR Head of the organization, highlighting the significance of the day and the benefits of incorporating yoga into daily life. A brief speech on the origin and importance of International Yoga Day, initiated by the United Nations in 2015, set the tone for the morning. The Heartfulness Trainer Mr Vadera briefed about meditation practices by Heartfullness Institute & Its importance in daily routine.

Participant employees & staff members, gathered to perform a series of asanas and breathing exercises led by a certified yoga instructor Mr Shailesh Rao. The session focused on basic yoga postures, Chair yoga (Office Yoga), and meditation techniques designed to relax the body and mind. Everyone actively participated and expressed a deep sense of calm and rejuvenation.

ProMed Sentinel Healthcare LLP (ProMed Occupational Health Centre), a Medical Partner of the company & its Doctors played active role in planning and ex*****on of the session.

The celebration concluded with a pledge to adopt yoga as a regular part of life and spread its awareness to others. The day served as a powerful reminder of the ancient Indian tradition that continues to bring balance and wellness in today's fast-paced world.
