"It's been 3 days since this patient arrived at the hospital for treatment. And in those three days, no one in his family has come to ask about his well-being (maybe he's living alone). But a pigeon visited him on the first and second day, and sits here on his bed for a while and then flies away. It was later discovered that the old man used to sit on a park bench near the hospital and he would feed the pigeons."
