As we celebrate this milestone, let us reaffirm our unwavering dedication to safeguarding our rich cultural heritage, traditional values, and the spirit of unity while striving to enhance the quality of life for all our citizens.

Together, we pledge to surmount any challenges on our path and propel our state toward a brighter future characterized by excellence in education, accessible healthcare of international standards, and the seamless integration of technology across all spheres of life.

I urge everyone to join hands in creating ample opportunities for our youth, promoting gender equality and empowering women, revamping our education system to be more responsive to the needs of the times, fostering a conducive environment for business, extending crucial support to our farmers, nurturing a government that places the needs of its citizens at the forefront, ensuring freedom and safety for the press and media, and nurturing a culture of respect for our intellectual and civil society.
