1)Help Desk Coordinator(ATM- NON IT)-9K CTC-4 Position ? Mumbai (Candidates from central side of Mumbai only)

� Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email
� Escalate unresolved calls to the ATM support team
� basic Knowledge in MS Office applications used within the Association (Word,
� Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

2)Help Desk Coordinator-9K CTC-4 Position ? Mumbai ?Candidates from central side of Mumbai only

Experience- Fresher to 1Yrs

� Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team
� Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications used within the Association (Word,

Good in communication skills (English ,Hindi,)

Salary offer -9-10K PM

60% of Job is to Vender & client management 40% Technical support in Network.

Experience- 0.6 months to 1Yrs
