AASAA Pengaree Regional Committee

The All Adivasi Students’ Association of Assam (AASAA) and Jani Shakti Sanghati (AJSS), Pengaree Regional Committee, held a community outreach programme today at Jungle Line, Khatangpani Tea Estate.
The discussion focused on three key concerns: securing ST recognition, ensuring rightful land ownership, and achieving a ₹551 fair daily wage for tea garden labourers.

Residents of the area came together in strong numbers, expressing solidarity and reaffirming their commitment to the movement for justice and dignity.
