Giving birth to a new life is not an easy task and can weaken any female mentally as well as physically. Confinement period is the period of 1 month after child delivery and is considered as a very crucial time period for both mother as well as baby. 3. Exercise: Regular exercise help to keep you physically & mentally fit but again if you are suffering from back pain then don’t do stressful exercises; opt for gentle exercises for mobility & stretching.
4. Medicines: Don’t just jump on any pain killers because it can turn to other side effects. It is better to concern your doctor and then intake it as advised.
