✨ HOW I HELPED MY MOTHER IMPROVE HER THYROID NATURALLY — DAY 1

The 6 foods that supported her thyroid health and became a regular part of her diet👇

🥜 1. Brazil Nuts -

Brazil nuts are one of the richest sources of selenium, a mineral that helps convert inactive T4 hormone into active T3 — the form your body actually uses.

How we added it: 2 Brazil nuts daily, about 1 hour after her thyroid medication.

🌿 2. Moringa -

Moringa is rich in nutrients like zinc, iron and Vitamin B6 that support thyroid hormone production and overall metabolic health.

How we added it: Half teaspoon moringa powder in dal or cooked sahjan sabzi a few times a week.

🥥 3. Coconut Oil -

We replaced refined oils with coconut oil for cooking. It contains medium-chain fats (MCTs) that are easily utilized by the body and supported her overall energy levels.

How we added it: Coconut oil for lunch cooking and ghee for dinner cooking.

There were 3 more foods that played an equally important role in her journey.
✅ Comment "Thyroid" and I'll share the remaining 3 foods along with how we used them. ❤️
Due to caption length limits, I couldn't include all 6 foods and their complete details here.

See you tomorrow for Day 2.

I do this every night before sleeping 🌙

For 3 months with PCOS, I couldn't sleep well, my hormones were a mess, and no matter what I ate, the weight wouldn't move.

Then I added this one habit. 5 minutes. Every night.

I massage this specific point on my foot — it's called SP6 (Spleen 6 in acupressure). It's located 4 fingers above your inner ankle bone.

Here's what it does 👇

🌸 Directly connected to ovarian and uterine health
🌸 Reduces hormonal bloating overnight
🌸 Supports regular periods in PCOS
🌸 Calms the nervous system — lowers cortisol before sleep
🌸 Better sleep = better insulin sensitivity by morning

I use warm sesame oil (til ka tel) / ghee — 2 minutes on each foot, with circular pressure.

My mom started doing this too, alongside her thyroid diet. She said that within 2 weeks, her sleep improved completely.

Save this 🔖 and try it tonight.

Many people focus on what they eat but forget that good digestion is what helps your body actually use those nutrients.

Simple ingredients like saunf, dhaniya and jeera have traditionally been used to support digestion, reduce post-meal discomfort and promote gut comfort.

A healthy gut can also support better energy levels, regular bowel movements and reduced bloating throughout the day.

Small daily habits often create the biggest long-term changes. ✨

A banana with a little cinnamon can be a very simple, everyday snack that feels light, comforting, and easy to digest, especially for people managing thyroid issues like hypothyroidism where energy levels may feel inconsistent.

Bananas provide quick natural energy because they are rich in natural carbohydrates and potassium. This can help when you are feeling low, tired, or suddenly craving something sweet. They are also easy on digestion, which makes them a gentle option for most people.

Cinnamon adds a warm flavor and is often used in small amounts to support overall metabolic balance and help reduce sugar cravings. It also makes a simple snack feel more satisfying without adding anything heavy.

This combination works well in mid-morning or in the evening, especially during those moments when you want something sweet but still want to stay mindful of your food choices.

Just keep it simple. One banana, a small pinch of cinnamon, and that is enough.
