Women Empowerment Workshop Successfully Conducted by Mitra Mela.

Delhi, and NCR April 21, 2026: As part of the ongoing Community Development Program, Mitra Mela organized a Women Empowerment Training Workshop on April 21, 2026.

In the workshop, women received training on self-employment, digital literacy, and financial literacy. Participants learned practical skills including banking, UPI usage, online safety, and basics of starting small businesses.

*The program was successfully conducted with special support from:*
1. Local administration
2. Volunteer groups

Over 100+ women participated in the workshop, which concluded with certificate distribution.

ऑनलाइन दुनिया में सुरक्षित रहना अब ज़रूरी है, खासकर महिलाओं और बच्चों के लिए। इसी सोच के साथ मित्र मेला ने साइबर क्राइम जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित किया।

*सत्र में ये अहम बातें सीखीं:*
*UPI फ्रॉड, फर्जी कॉल, लॉटरी स्कैम* से कैसे बचें
*सोशल मीडिया सुरक्षा*: फेक प्रोफाइल पहचानना, साइबर बुलिंग रोकना, प्राइवेसी सेटिंग्स
*बच्चों के लिए खतरे*: गेमिंग फ्रॉड, गलत कंटेंट और अजनबियों से चैट के रिस्क
मदद कहाँ मिलेगी: - साइबर क्राइम हेल्पलाइन *1930* और *cybercrime.gov.in*

*3 गोल्डन रूल जो सबने दोहराए:*
1. OTP/पासवर्ड कभी किसी से शेयर नहीं
2. अनजान लिंक पर क्लिक से पहले 10 बार सोचो
3. सोशल मीडिया पर पर्सनल जानकारी कम से कम

जागरूक बनो, सुरक्षित रहो। सत्र में हिस्सा लेने वाली सभी दीदियों, बच्चों और एक्सपर्ट्स का शुक्रिया।

Mitra Mela celebrated Babasaheb’s birth anniversary today with full zeal. The day was packed with seminars, arts, speeches, and activities with children.

*What happened:*
- Children created paintings and posters on Babasaheb’s life
- Speech competition on “The Constitution and Our Rights”
- Community didis performed a street play on equality and education
- “Main bhi banunga Ambedkar”—kids shared big dreams with bright eyes

Society changes with books, pens, and courage—that message rang through every lane today. Heartfelt thanks to all the children, team, and volunteers who joined in.

*पसोंडा में नई शुरुआत—औरतों के हाथ, पूरे मोहल्ले की ताकत 💪*
मित्र मेला का _Community Empowerment Program_ अब पसोंडा में अपने नए सेंटर के साथ ज़मीन पर उतर रहा है।

*इस सेंटर में क्या हो रहा है:*
- सिलाई-कढ़ाई, ब्यूटी वेलनेस, डिजिटल साक्षरता जैसे स्किल-सेशन
- स्व-सहायता समूह (SHG) बनाना और बचत-ऋण जुड़ाव
- स्थानीय मार्केट/ऑनलाइन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से प्रोडक्ट लिंक-जोड़
- कानूनी-स्वास्थ्य जानकारी + बाल-देखभाल सपोर्ट, ताकि ट्रेनिंग छूटे नहीं
- सामुदायिक चर्चा—सुरक्षा, शिक्षा, आजीविका पर मोहल्ला आवाज़

छोटी-छोटी जो-जो आज़ादियाँ यहाँ जुड़ेंगी, वो न सिर्फ घर का चूल्हा, बल्कि पूरे पसोंडा का हौसला बदलेंगी। टीम और पहले बैच की दीदियों को मुबारकबाद—काम अभी शुरू हुआ है।

जो लोग ट्रेनर के रूप में जुड़ना चाहते हैं, कच्चा माल या सीविंग-किट देना चाहते हैं, मैसेंजर में लिखिए। *एक गली बदले, तो शहर बदलता है।*
