We are seeking to hire a Manager/Solution Architect with a strong emphasis on Front end Technologies, who will be reporting to the Senior Manager and teaming with the Software Solution Software Engineering and Product management groups, the Managers primary responsibility is to prototype, design, code, and unit test application components as well as related monitoring and testing tools for the complete range of software products. This includes capturing user requirements through collaboration with business analysts, leading and participating in testing sessions, and coordinating the final implementation of the application based on client and subject matter expert feedback. ONLY LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINING OR AT MAX 2 WEEKS ONLY.

Responsibilities
10 to 12 years experience with the architecture and development of enterprise-scale, service-oriented, distributed client solutions with a strong emphasis on JavaScript Programming. 8+ for Assistant Manager level
Manage and lead a team of 6-8 developers.
Experience defining, documenting, and providing training on architectural standards and development best practices
Experience training, managing, and mentoring team members to ensure team efficiency and quality
Experience scoping, estimating, and planning software development projects concerned with all aspects of the application development lifecycle
Experience with client presentations and training sessions to effectively estimate solutions and communicate risks
Expert knowledge of software engineering concepts and methodologies related to the full application development lifecycle
Expert skills in establishing methodologies, protocols, and driving standards into daily practice
Prior management and direct supervisory experience with a history of mentoring
Ability to operate independently as needed but also lead large teams
Experience working in a results-oriented environment with the ability to meet deliverable deadlines
Contributes to test strategy for integration testing. May create automated unit tests.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Mandatory Skills and Experience
Extensive experience with JavaScript programming, testing, and debugging techniques alongside HTML/CSS
Extensive experience in architecting JS frameworks.
Extensive experience with reactJS library
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
React unit testing using enzymes and Jest.
Worked on ANT designs.
Knowledge of microservices concept.
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript ES6
Working knowledge of GraphQL
Good knowledge of TypeScript
Implemented easy to use Bootstrap plugins for building carousel, accordion, modal windows etc.
Experience with Node.js and related technologies
Familiarity with the AWS toolset (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3, ECS, CloudFront)
Familiarity with designing and building RESTful APIs
Expertise developing medium-to-large scale, highly scalable distributed applications with cloud first approach (Azure or AWS) using Agile development approach.
Expert understanding of Object Oriented design and implementation
Expert understanding and experience in implementing QA procedures (automation, code review, estimating, acceptance criteria, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to stay current with Application Architecture best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, architectural and systems engineering industry trends
Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers
Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities
Ability to network and build relationships

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor of Computer Science Or any equivalent Bachelor Degree

Roles and Responsibilities :
Build pixel-perfect and performant UIs across both mobile platforms from scratch.

Build traceability, extensibility and telemetry into the apps.
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast andoften breaks things.

Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Essentials :
Able to architect large software from scratch.
Ability to understand big picture and mold the solution based on this.
Experience with React Js, React Native, JavaScript including DOM Manipulation and that JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React Native and its core Principles.
Hands on experience on React Native Framework at least 4 years.

Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS.
Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git, SVN or Mercurial)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs· Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM etc.
Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and google play store.

Experience with Graph, Payment Gateway, Node.js process management, and web sockets like socket.io.· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
