We need a Business Development Manager with the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Civil Engineering
2. 5 years experience as a BDM in Saudi Arabia for a Civil Work and Site Development projects is a must
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To constantly find and open opportunities for the organization to win new project contracts
2. To lead in the preparation of the projects proposals, submittals, tender and bidding process
3. To be able to provide guidance on the technicalities (costing and other technical requirements) of the project proposal and bid documents
4. To be able to control and project cost and expenses
