wedoeffects.co.uk is a London-based marketing and creative agency working with international brands and UK clients. Our team includes talented video editors, graphic designers, and cinematographers, and we are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Social Media Manager

🔧 Responsibilities
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for UK-based clients
• Create posting schedules, captions, strategies, and content ideas
• Research and implement latest viral trends, strategies, and engagement techniques
• Coordinate closely with our creative team to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
• Engage with the online community and respond to messages/comments

Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management
• Good understanding of current viral trends, algorithms, and strategies
• Ability to coordinate with video editors, designers, and cinematographers
• Strong communication and creativity
• Knowledge of UK audience behaviour is a plus
• Reliable internet connection (remote work)
