*So here Department of Instrumentation is presenting the most thrilling event of the year "Aavishkaar "*

GUIDELINES:

🐚 Two rounds will be conducted.
🐚LEVEL 1
1. In Level 1 candidates have to make an E-poster for their project(MATLAB based).
2. E-poster would contain the basic idea of their project. Last date of submission if the poster is 23rd January 2021 till 12 AM to the Email Id provided.
3. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their idea for level 2.
4. Shortlisted candidates will be provided with a meeting link for Level 2 on 25th January 2021.
🐚LEVEL 2
1. In this Level candidates have to give the presentation of their idea which they have depicted in their E – poster via a PowerPoint presentation.
2. Question will be asked from the candidates from their presentation by the jury.
3. Decision taken by judges and organizing committee will be FINAL and NON-OBJECTIONABLE.
4. Participants have to keep their camera and mic on throughout the 2nd level.

*Guidelines*
There will be two levels , Level 1 and 2.

*LEVEL 1*
1. level 1 will have general science question upto 10th class, for this a Google form will be circulated, candidates have to give answers using that only.

2. Google form will be provided on the chat box of Google meet platform.

3. Top 10 candidates will be selected , candidates who will answer in minimum amount of time with maximum accuracy will be selected and eligible for Level 2.

*LEVEL 2*

1. For Level 2 meeting link will be provided to the eligible candidates.

2. Question will be asked from the candidates on spot and those who will answer it in minimum amount of time with maximum accuracy will be declared winners.

3. Level 2 will also have general science question.

4.Decision taken by judges and organising committee will be final and non objectionable.

5. participants have to keep their camera and mic on throughout the 2nd level

In case if any participant does not receive the link for the meeting than they have to report to the student coordinator.
