Starbucks quality coffee at home – The Kaapi Project – Medium It sounds fancy, but it is easy to learn. Even as a kid I used to brew kaapi at home.

There is an awesome mural of the coffee taste descriptor wheel on the wall in the back of the new shop. Really cool interpretation of flavor. If only it were lickable wall paper.
