As I trekked along the banks of the mystical Parvati river, surrounded by swaying pine and rhododendron trees, I was struck by the paradoxical nature of mountains – so still yet always changing.

The snow-capped peaks stood sentinel over the valley, seemingly frozen in time yet experiencing countless transformations with each passing season.

As Lao Tzu wisely observed, "Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished".
