Roles and Responsibilities:

Need Customer Support Associates for International Chat process- 5 Days Working Noida

Immediate Joining Required

Candidate should have their own laptop and wifi

Minimum 1 year Experience in BPO/Call Center

Should have Experience Chat OR Email OR Blended process with good Speaking and written English.

Handling Chat queries like taking/canceling orders. Resolve customers issues

Should have basic knowledge about CSAT & DSAT and Typing speed 30 WPM.

5 Days working (Rotational Off -Flexible with Night Shifts)

Good Salary + Incentives + medical facilities + Cab (As per location)

For Self-Commuters - Traveling allowance will be given
