Their reflections remind us why our efforts matter, and inspire us to keep moving forward together.
"The Girl I Am, The Change I Lead: Girls on the Frontlines of Crisis”
We celebrate the courage and leadership of Girls who continue to create change, even in the most challenging times.
At SwaTaleem Foundation, we witness this strength every day through our shared journey with Girls, communities, and schools. Together, we co-create spaces where learning, confidence, and leadership grow hand in hand, building a future where education and empowerment belong to everyone.
Let’s take this day to celebrate the journeys of all Girls and continue to build a world where every Girl can learn, lead, and shine.

The Tab Labs set up in KGBVs across Haryana are opening new doors for Girls to explore, learn, and grow.
The Girls absolutely enjoy the Tab Lab sessions, forming peer groups, exploring diverse topics, and supporting each other in learning. One of the most significant outcomes has been their deep engagement with health & hygiene modules especially the topic of periods. Through interactive modules, Girls are gaining accurate information, confidence, and a safe space to talk about something that has long been surrounded by silence.
Wardens have noticed remarkable improvements, not just in academics, but also in the confidence and awareness of the Girls.
These labs are more than just digital spaces, they are hubs of curiosity, confidence, and collaboration for Girls ready to shape their own future.

Three Days of Learning, Bonding, and Growth!
Our Karnataka team recently came together for a three-day internal training and team-building workshop, which left them inspired, connected, and re-energized for the journey ahead.
Key highlights and outcomes:
- Built stronger interpersonal connections and trust within the team
- Explored literature and storytelling as powerful tools to mentor adolescent Girls
- Strengthened time management skills for greater effectiveness
- Collaborated on brainstorming and planning videos for field engagement and digital resource creation
- Reflected on team strengths while envisioning the culture we aspire to build together
One of the most enriching moments was a session on “Stories as a Mirror: Using Literature to Mentor Adolescent Girls” led by Mr. Pavan Kumar, Teacher Educator and Educationist, which gave fresh insights into how stories can inspire and empower young Girls.
We concluded this workshop with not just new skills and strategies, but also a refreshed sense of purpose, to continue learning, supporting each other, and driving meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
