The Supreme Court may soon decide whether all challenges to the Transgender Amendment Act will be heard together.

The Union Government has sought transfer of petitions pending across multiple High Courts, arguing that parallel proceedings could result in conflicting rulings. Hearing expected on May 29.

We are closely monitoring the case.
