The Footwear Design and Development Institute located in Hyderabad, the City of Nizams, was commissioned by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. Conceptualized as a contemporary interpretation of the Purani Haveli of Nizams, it is spread over sixteen acres on a topographically levelled site which forms the base of the spatial planning. The design with its traditional details and modern construction techniques exudes a dignified character, yet it provides an engaging, interactive and healthy environment which promotes learning.

Berthed on the river Mandovi, Casino Pride is one of Goa’s largest and most luxurious offshore casinos. It is breath-taking and impressive with three spacious floors covering over 30,000 sq.ft. Adorned with gold embellishments across the ceilings. The details add to the elegance of the entertainment areas and the dynamism expected from the gambling areas.
