We are hiring a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Marketing team in the IT Hardware industry. Based in Naraina, New Delhi, this is a full-time, on-roll position requiring 4–8 years of experience. The role involves managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and coordinating closely with internal teams.

Required Skills
 Strong understanding of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, routers, storage
devices).
 Strategic thinking and account planning.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
 Ability to work with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

Preferred Background
 Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
 Experience in IT hardware sales or account management.
 Certifications (optional but beneficial): CompTIA A+, vendor certifications (e.g.,
Cisco, Dell EMC).
