When it comes to toastπ: Avocado or PB?β

Both are good fat sources. Avocados are rich in vitamin B important for the process of turning carbs into energy. Never leave out, the good fats as they also help to burn it and to regulate hormones in our body. PB is a great addition to daily healthy fat intake and adds some extra boost of protein to our diet, more over: if you top your toast with some banana, you will have extra fiber and potassium (important to fight cravings).β
