11 और 12 अक्तूबर को कई सोसाइटी की MC से मीटिंग हुई और उन्होंने हमारे प्लास्टिक हटाओ जीवन बचाओ वाले काम की बहुत सराहना की और उसमे साथ देने का वादा किया। अपनी अपनी सोसाइटी में उन्होंने awareness workshops कराने को कहा एवं door to door awareness campaign कराने का सुझाव भी दिया।

Venue at Sector-13 Durga Pooja Apartment, Dwarka, Ward: 121 (Dwarka-A)

Activity: MCD/Najafgarh Zone, Dwarka Progressive Club, along with RWA of Surbhi apartment society, Coordinator Smt Manju Bhatia and her team, under the guidance of Smt Urmila Sharma, conducted a Sensitisation program for the residents on *Say No To Single Use Plastic & its environmental impact of SUP usage and its adverse effects on health.The compaign theme प्लास्टिक हटाओ जीवन बचाओ.

Outcome/Impact: Participants were sensitized that it is very necessary to segregate waste at the Source & Say no to single-use plastic.Use cloth /Jute bags instead of polybags, use eco-friendly disposables if very necessary ( made of leaves/paper), steel utensils to keep our city & environment clean.

Pamphlets were also distributed among the residents for an effective campaign.

Plastic Collection will start from Friday, 3 October 2025.
