Visited Carlton Bistro in Sainik Farms and was completely taken by surprise what it held -
A beautiful Mediterranean ambience with bougainvillea in full bloom and a gourmet meal to cherish.
Run by Viraaj Mahajan a young entrepreneur trained in hospitality it bespoke of his passion .
It was very personalised and beautifully plated .
I loved my Sangria made with fresh fruit , delicious succulent Arachini balls,Avocado Bruschetta, marry me chicken
And And their delicious Parma ham Neopolitan pizza light , healthy, smoked to perfection with Italian tomatoes .
Of course their in-house Biscoff cheesecake was a delight.
The cappuccino was the best I have ever had.
I really recommend this restaurant from my heart to visit with your family and friends.
