Dussehra is interpreted as “Das-Hara” i.e. cutting of the ten heads of Ravana, symbolically meaning overcoming passion, pride, anger, greed, infatuation, lust, hatred, jealousy, selfishness and wickedness of our demon, the Ego. It means triumph of good over evil. Effigies of the ten-headed Ravana are burnt on Vijaya Dashami day by emulating the killing of Ravana by Rama.

Let’s kill the demon of anger, greed and fury and bring the light of peace, harmony and the RAM inside all of us showing the true spirit of a leader, One who always stood up for what he believed in and what is right. Team LIFT wishes everyone a HAPPY DUSSEHRA. Let's kill the Ravana within and bring out the leader, Ram.

We at Leadership Initiative for Transformation(LIFT), SRCC have always strived to lay due impetus on the personal growth and development of youth aimed to expand their intellectual horizons.
With the recent success of LEAD SRCC SUMMIT 2018; a conference on ethical leadership marked by the presence of many well known personalities and witnessing massive participation from students in brainstorming competitions and interactive sessions we are now again ready to infuse new strengths, ideas and latent potential into the modus operandi of this initiative to take it to unprecedented heights.

We now invite the B.Com(H)/B.A.(Eco) Hons. second year students to take the baton ahead and become a part of this rich legacy. Witness the change that you always strived for and let your contribution leave an indelible print on the mental globe of the society and the people around you. We welcome you aboard!
KINDLY NOTE THAT THOSE SECOND YEAR STUDENTS WHO WERE NOT A PART OF LIFT, SRCC IN THEIR FIRST YEAR BUT WISH TO MAKE A VISIBLE CHANGE THROUGH THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO THE FUNCTIONING OF THE SOCIETY ARE HEARTILY INVITED!

LEAD SRCC SUMMIT 2018 ♥️

Due to multiple requests from the participants' end, we have extended the deadline for the submission of the preliminary round of both the competitions as follows:-
1. Guesstimates'18 - 25th Feb, 12:00 noon
2. Ace the Case'18 - 25th Feb, 5:59 pm
All the participants/teams who have already sent their solution can resend their revised entries within the stipulated time slot by mentioning "Re-submission" in the subject of the mail.
