Independence Day Ride & Adventure Sports Plan:

12 August, Day 1: Ride from Delhi To Ghatghar

6 am - Petrol Pump, Opp. Hyatt Delhi - Briefing
10 am - Gajraula - Brunch
4 pm - Ghatghar Jungle Camp
5-7 pm - Rest
7 pm - Snacks
9 pm - Bonfire, Live Music, Dinner, Camping

13 August, Day 2: Ride from Ghatghar to Sattal and back

8-11 noon - Ghatghar to Pangot to Sattal
11-5 pm - Rock-climbing, Rappeling, River-crossing, Kayaking, Swimming, Hiking
5-7 pm - Back to Ghatghar Jungle Camp
7-10 pm - Bonfire, Live Music, Dinner, Camping

14 August, Day 3: Ride from Ghatghar, Pangot, Nainital & Bhowali

7 am - Hiking to a nearby water-fall
9-10 am - Waterfall bathing
11- 2 pm - Paragliding
4-5 pm - Ghatghar to Bhowali via Nainital
7-10 pm - Bonfire, Live Music, Dinner, Camping

15 August, Day 4: Ride from Bhowali to Delhi Via Bhimtaal

7-8 am - Breakfast
9-10 am - Bhimtaal
3 pm - Gajraula - Brunch
6 pm - Hyatt, Delhi

Inclusions:
1. Accommodations on twin/triple sharing basis
2. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
3. 24x7 breakdown assistance
4. Experienced ride captain, support crew and mechanic.
5. First aid medical kits.
6. T-shirts (Please send in your size)
7. Stickers for bike, helmet and SUVs
8. Luggage in support vehicle; (Only one rucksack per person, suitcases aren’t allowed)
9. Rented SUV’s petrol

Exclusions:
1. Royal Enfields provided on rent.
2. Cost of petrol & alcohol is not included.
3. Expenses of personal nature such as table drinks, water bottle, snacks, telephone calls, laundry, tolls if any, tips to drivers, local guides, and hotel staff.
5. Any item not mentioned in the inclusions.

Mandatories:
1. Carry an original driving licence/RC/ Insuarance papers/pollution certificate.
2. 100% advances required for confirmed slots
3. Bookings available on first come first serve basis.
4. Cost is fully refundable in case ‘Rock N Roll Riders’ cancels it and is non-refundable in case client cancels the plan
5. Avengers, KTM, Royal Enfields, Harleys and antiques are allowed.
6. At 10 pm, we will call it a day. Clients are required to cooperate with the management team.
7. Carry rain-coats, woollen clothes, caps, shawls etc.
8. Carry a good torch in cases of black-outs in hills.
9. Riding gear, gloves & jackets are a must.
